Portico Plaza has two levels of parking located on the Ground Level (red) and Lower Ground Level (green) with three entrances.

The Ground Level is directly accessible from two entrances on Cornelia Road. The Lower Ground Level is directly accessible from Junia Avenue. There is also access between each level.

The Lower Ground Level (green level) is much easier for parking as there are fewer columns located in less awkward spaces than the Ground Level (red level). The columns are part of the support structure for the residential units above the shopping centre.

Monday – Friday
6:50am – 10:50pm
Last entry permitted into the carpark is at 9:50pm

Important to note:

• Cornelia Road Ground Level Carpark Entry – Last entry permitted into the carpark is at 9:50pm. Carpark will close at 10:50pm.
• Junia Avenue Lower Ground Carpark Entry AND Exit closes at 9:00pm, however you are able to exit prior to 10:50pm from the Ground Level.

Saturday
6:50am – 9:50pm
Last entry permitted into the carpark is at 8:50pm

• Cornelia Road Ground Level Carpark Entry – Last entry permitted into the carpark is at 8:50pm. Carpark will close at 9:50pm.

Occupational Health and Safety Legislation – Illegal Parking

Portico Plaza are legally obliged to comply with Occupational Health and Safety legislation. Do not park illegally or in designated disabled car spots, as this creates an Occupational Health and Safety issue.

A parking violation sticker will be placed on any car that is parked illegally and car registration recorded.
